1. Minimum OTA Surcharge
In addition to any standard supplier calculation, all voluntary cancellations, voids, or modifications made by the customer across any of our services—including Flight Ticket Bookings, Hotel Bookings, Tours Bookings, Cars Bookings, and Umrah Packages—will incur a mandatory non-refundable processing fee of 30 AED payable to The Vacations LLC, acting as a minimum service charge for handling the request.
2. Supplier Penalties (Airline, Hotel, Tour, Car & Umrah Rules)
All bookings are strictly subject to their respective supplier's rule structures (Airlines, Hotels, Tour Operators, Car Rental Agencies, and Umrah Providers). These rules dictate whether a booking is refundable and specify the exact supplier-side monetary penalties prior to voiding or cancelling. Customers agree to review their specific supplier’s rules regarding no-shows, early check-outs, and early cancellations.
3. Refund Timeline
Once an eligible cancellation is processed successfully by our suppliers, the processing timeframe for the eligible amount back to the primary payment modality is up to 15 business days depending on the acquiring bank's speed.
